If you see an “Untrusted Enterprise Developer” message when attempting to open EnCompass, follow the steps below to update your device settings to allow the application to run.
- Navigate to your iPad Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > Encore Field Marketing Solutions Inc.
- Tap Trust "Encore Field Marketing Solutions Inc."
- Confirm by tapping Trust in the pop-up and follow any additional on-screen prompts. Your iPad will restart during this process.
