Untrusted Enterprise Developer Error when Opening EnCompass

If you see an “Untrusted Enterprise Developer” message when attempting to open EnCompass, follow the steps below to update your device settings to allow the application to run. 

1. Navigate to your iPad Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > Encore Field Marketing Solutions Inc.
2. Tap Trust "Encore Field Marketing Solutions Inc."
3. Confirm by tapping Trust in the pop-up and follow any additional on-screen prompts. Your iPad will restart during this process.
